Crystal Linen House Laundry takes full responsibility for the professional care and handling of garments entrusted to us throughout the service process.

All garments are cleaned, pressed, and handled with the highest level of care, in accordance with standard care labels and accepted professional laundry practices.

However, Crystal Linen House Laundry shall not be held responsible for:

- Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use

- Fabric defects, weak fibers, or manufacturer-related issues

- Color fading, shrinkage, or damage caused by incorrect, missing, or misleading care labels provided by the manufacturer

Our commitment is to provide the best possible care for every garment, while respecting the natural characteristics and limitations of different fabrics.

 

7. Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested before the order is handed over to the driver for pickup.

Once the order has been assigned to or collected by the driver, cancellation will no longer be possible and the service will be considered confirmed.
